When it comes to recruiting and some recruiting companies, companies often look to candidates who are actively applying. In fact, 71% of adults are currently looking for new jobs. These candidates, also known as active candidates, are the ones actively searching job boards and replying to job postings. But what about those candidates who are not actively applying? There are an estimated 190 million passive candidates within the U.S., but how do you reach them? LinkedIn messages and personal networks is a good place to start.
