On December 10th, Hire Velocity President, Byron West, spoke on a panel at the Reimagine Recruiting Roadshow hosted by Bullhorn, a technology company that “helps businesses grow faster and run more efficiently by streamlining staffing and recruiting technologies.” The conference drew staffing and recruiting executives from Georgia and South Carolina and took place at the Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead from 2:30 to 5:00 pm.
The conference schedule included, an executive presentation and Bullhorn Product Roadmap, customer panel, and networking reception with all of the Roadshow attendees. General ideas discussed at the conference included current key trends in the staffing industry, best practices for each stage of recruiting, and utilization of Bullhorn software to strengthen relationships within the office. Discussions and panels offered tips for how to stay on top of recruiting trends.
Some of the topics relevant to Hire Velocity discussed at the “afternoon of innovation” included:
- Ad-hoc reporting
- SMS integration within the company
- Integration with a wider variety of job boards
Byron spoke about Hire Velocity’s utilization of Bullhorn and the successes that have come along with using the software.
